Title: Avid 800 line is down, but we're here
I wanted to let you know that our entire phone service is down there is a problem with our service provider and we can not make calls out or get calls in from our 800 line for example.
I am trying to get our 800 number routed to an alternative cell phone so that we can take calls.
But in case this does not happen or does not happen quickly, I wanted to let you know we will monitor this list, and also if you have any urgent show stopper DS issues even email me directly and I will have a rep call you from a cell phone.
