VIE Sanity Check

Subject : VIE Sanity Check

Is it just me, or does the current version of VIE behave strangely? When I run the test, I get an alert tone and a few little boxes that say "Avid|DS." VIE also has told me twice in two days that there is a newer version available, but the "new" version is still v5.1
