Hi Mark,
Turn on Ripple for all tracks. Select the
first clip on the timeline (be sure there aren’t any track effects or
timeline effects prior to this clip). Enter the desired new start time in the “S”
time code field below the timeline (make sure you have Timeline selected rather
than Clip) and press Enter. Everything should shift to your new start time.
