I had done some work for AT&T when they had a billboard up there. It was
more like a huge light display. We had a dimension somewhere in the tune of
192x86. Now I'm talking 8-9yrs ago, so I hope they're still not using that
lite-brite.
My advice would be to talk with the people who own it and find out what the
real pixel number is. Guessing won't help much other than to put you 'near'
what it should be.
