I am glad that you are able to "draw the line in the sand" as we say in Florida.
Been toying with a flat rate, but it will be a total re-education process for clients.
BTW, my "off-line" rate is on par with most of my competitors "on-line" rate so
I didn't mean to imply that we are "cut-rate".
