We do absolutley no online with our DS. Our producers would never believe that the same editor could do the creative offline and online the spot.  Red Car, Mad River and Third Floor Editorial(toronto) do most of our offline work. This is the only job I have ever had where I was strictly online, I kinda like it.

I am glad that you are able to "draw the line in the sand" as we say in Florida.  
Been toying with a flat rate, but it will be a total re-education process for clients.
BTW, my "off-line" rate is on par with most of my competitors "on-line" rate so
I didn't mean to imply that we are "cut-rate".
