720 P reference issue

Subject : 720 P reference issue

I’m working in a 720 P project, Nitris 7.6 QFE2, and I notice the sync light on the toolbar is not green, and the reference lights on the BOB aren’t lit as well. I’m feeding the system black burst? The system sees the correct reference in other frame rates though. Any thoughts?
