frame rate conversion from 720P to 1080P

Subject : frame rate conversion from 720P to 1080P

I know this isn't the best thing to do, but I have no choice in the matter.

I have 720P masters and need to deliver the final output to D5 720P, and now

the client just requested a 1080 23.98 version as well. What is the best way

to do this in the Nitris? Thanks.
