Hi Nacho,
I'm in over my head since I'm still on Equinox
so...
The only other thought is - when you installed hardware did
you also install all the correct drivers, codecs to make it all work? Have
you run a VIE? Do you have any red or yellow lights to indicate somethings
not right?
Might be time to open a ticket with
support.

Murph,
I'm on Nitris with the DNxHD card installed. I can capture DNxHD from file, but not from HDSDI. Can it be that the Card is wrongly installed? or in that case it wouldn't even capture from file?
