SID

Subject : SID
It's my first time to log on to the Avid Companion Applications of the DS Support Center website and its asking me for the SID of our DS product for me to be able to log on. Sorry if it's a dumb question but where do i find the SID? I have tried entering the 8 digits that says "SID number" that's listed on the report when i run the diagnostics tool of our DS but the website rejects the number. Thanks in advance.
