Title: OT: Mini DV 24P
Hello all,
Sorry for the off topic.  I have a friend that is going to be shooting something on Mini DV at 24P, but then the camera goes back, and we have to play out off our camera, which doesn't have 24P.  He just wanted to make sure it would be ok.  To the best of my knowledge it will be fine, because it doesn't actually play the tape at 24fps, but it films it at 24 and converts on the fly to 30 to give that film look.  As far as I know, Mini DV is Mini DV and always 30 (29.97) standard NTSC.  If anyone can just confirm my statement, I could rest easier.  I would hate to be wrong for this.

Thanks for the bandwidth.
