I know it would be a long way down the feature requests list but maybe it's an easy thing to implement.
We havea Tek WVR-7100 external wavform that will log against timecode.
It will happily use the embeded TC in the HD-SDI signal if coming from a deck but of course the DS deosn't output that.
It would be nice if the DS ouptuted Seq Timecode as embedded in the HD-SDI signal and even better source timecode if playing a source clip.
