No problem...
I only learned this because I had to. The machine didn't do it for me.
I'm not complaining.... it makes me a stronger artist.

I just double checked my math in AE and I was wrong about the first set of NTSC numbers. (well I wasn't wrong... I just didn't factor into the math what it would look like on a squeezed NTSC 0.9 screen)
I sent out a second post make sure you check that. The crops should be more like 61 and 61 to mimic what a HD image would look like in an NTSC world.
