Thanks Spencer for the clarification.  I was beginning to freak out as I was trying another method as well.  My Sony Broadcast monitor will display 16:9 and I was punching
back and forth between 4 x 3 and the 61 value crop seems to look almost the same.

Don't know why the other values of 40/41 and 90/91 weren't working.

Seems like I will try this as I need to ship this puppy out tomorrow.   If anyone has any updates on this...thanks...
