Hello,

have you tried to look into the autosave folder?  It's here:
C:\Program Files\Avid\DS_v7.6\DSSystem\temp.username

look at the last date modified to select the best one and do this:

Copy and paste the crash file or the autosave file into the project folder<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Rename the files .segment

Example: autosave3, right click and rename, type ?autosave3.segment?
File will be change for avid sequence

don't forget to do a new "save as" after loading this sequence with a valid name.

I hope this help

Christine

AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGG!!!! Idiot! Fool! Cretin! I've just inadvertently deleted a project I was working on in DS (you know, not concentrating fully, seeing a 'no' button, pressing it and watching the project disappear from the project list...) The media is still there but is there anything I can do to get the project back or do I have to bite the bullet and start from scratch?

Thank you in advance.
