Sean,
I'm not really familiar with the Editor version, so I don't know if the CC is different. What version are you on. I'm on 7.6. The tabs I'm referring to are at the top, (eg. Master, Highlights, Shadows, RGB, etc.) Under that RGB tab there is the option to clamp the RGB channels. If you have the option for the Color Correction Classic, try that and there is a button at the bottom "clamp to video levels". Not sure if this is true RGB clamping or not, but it's worth a shot.

Good luck. Ryan

	Hey Sean,
Add a Color Correction and under HSL controls, under the RGB tab, enable clipping on each channel and lock RGB clipping.

		Hey Guys
Is there a way to legalize rgb levels within DS. Can it be done with the color space ajustment effect or clamp the chroma with a plain color correction? Any help is appreciated.
		Thanks
