Well in this particular case you could just export the shot from an HD
sequence as a reference, and then import it with scaling into the SD project
(don't match framerate). Then do whatever you want with it. 3:2 expand to
make it 'normal' speed, or work with it as the raw progressive frames if
you're going to timewarp it anyway.
The only drawback is, if AFTER the timewarp you needed to still keep it
large (to pan around or whatever)... Then the only way is to timewarp it
_before_ it gets to the SD sequence, unfortunately.
