Yah, we had to send ours back when we upgraded our other DS.  Of course, that would be what would go on this one.  We have almost everything else as a spare!

 

So, one would think, Avid should have a whole pile of them around for replacements, huh?  We’ll see…

Tricky question, Ed. DS licensees upgrading off the GT-1 were generally required to turn in their Studio-Z boards to Avid, rendering the system useless.
