This might be obvious but the output panel can be tricky in that it switches between timeline and vtr by choice. What I want to say is that the in and outpoints seen on the panel don't nessecarily belong to the vtr, but maybe to the timeline. This can be a reason that the vtr is chasing a nonexcistent tape timecode. Just an idea.

Hello everyone!

Out of the blue, my DS is having problems outputting to our beta deck. Our
sequences are NDF, the tapes are striped at NDF. However, every time I go
to dub, my DS pops up an error saying that the tape time code doesn't match
the sequence. I even tried restriping the tape, but it has problems finding
the in-point. Now, I thought it was a deck issue, but I hopped on our other
DS system and it has zero problem outputting the same sequence to the beta
deck. Anyone have any suggestions on where I start looking to resolve the
issue? Thanks so much!
