RT oddity bug

Subject : RT oddity bug

Take a long sequence, 20minutes plus or so, and add slates in front of each clip. The first 15 minutes or so of each copy/pasted slate will be "green-no render" but after that, the same thing you've been copying/pasting will be "red-needs render."
