audio time warp mismatch

Subject : audio time warp mismatch

Hi All, I am time warping vision and audio from 25fps pal sequence by 96 percent (v7.6). Not only does the audio go out of sync with the vision (about 6frames over 6 minutes) but track one and track 2 of the audio fall out of sync with each other! i.e. they echo. Has anyone else noticed these discrepancies? thanks, anthony
