Right-o, the cntrl-up arrow is basically using the Play Every Frame command
so if you are trying this on a clip with a bunch of FX or linked media, etc.
it can get slow. Best to do this type of animation on a single clip and then
drop it into your composite afterwards.

GREAT way to add camera shake with a little practice...
