We still have an omni and it is a workhorse in our SD room!  Though I do not think it will go over 999 events, the problem is that the DS will only save it as a 3600 and that is constrained to the 999 number.  I would save it as a GVG list, most applications take that as well.  Otherwise, break it into two lists and merge them elsewhere.

You can send it to me and I can put it in our CMX OMNI and renumber the list..... :-)
Yes we still have two working - no linear rooms, but makes a great compilation reel generator...

I am using a Nitris.  I need to give an CMX 3600 EDL file to an IQ Editor for upconverting.  The file I gave him has over 1000 events and he says that he can't go over 999.  When looking at my edl, I see that there are over 1000 events, but this is only because my event numbers occasionally jump (it goes from event 0004 to 0006 for example).  How can I make an EDL for the IQ with event numbers that don't jump?  My timeline is only made up of 1 video track -- VIDEO ONLY.
Thanks.
