No, I’m not looking for frame average, I’m looking for motion blur on the shapes of the matte node, frame average will average the motion of several frames, at minimum 2, not of a fraction of a frame like real motion blur does. I’m talking about a motion blur like the one on the DVE, where you can chose the duration of the blur in fractions of a frame. Also it would be good to just be able to select the shutter speed and angle to exactly position the mblur in time.

Thanks for the suggestion, but is not what I really need.

I believe the effect you are looking for is called "frame average" which does generally what I used to think "motion blur" (like the effect of that name on a Kaleidoscope, Crystal or Abekas DVE was called).

it need to have Motion
Blur, real motion blur things that moves in the real world when are shoot,
have motion blur, and you can not recreate motion blur with a simple X Y
blur.
