Yeah,
The newer systems seem to be shipping with different
letter allocation to the media drives. Why? Dunno. But
anyhoo...
John, if he looks in My Computer, can he see the
drives ok? And can he see the media if he opens the
drive from windows?
Try a restart and get the freelancer to watch the
start up and see that the complete stripe set is
registering.
It may not be the case here but you could try to
reconfigure storages. It may have slipped into
"generic".
