It's on purpose but not meant
to annoy you.
When I discussed this topic with development, they told
me that they can indeed write code to come up with the exact processing
estimated time BUT that it would require some much time that it would slow
down the processing.
They decided instead on an approximation that may indeed
by at time off but much faster.
