Hi Phil,
Could you confirm if the Miranda DV-Bridge work fine when using Wsony II ?
Please use dssupport(at)avid.com to report those type of problems.
FYI the problem doesn't reside in the deck template.

I just tried this setup. DSR-11 thru a Miranda DVBridge+ to DS.
DS RS-422 connected to DVBridge RS422. Deck connected to DVBridge via Firewire.

Miranda recommends using a BVW-75 deck preset to talk to its serial control.

Bottom line: It doesn't work. While audio and video signals come in fine, DS does not communicate properly with the deck. You can put it into play,
but shuttling is erratic, and the controls do not work as expected. DS
does see the timecode and you can mark in and out points for capture, but DS will not properly cue the deck. Don't try this at home or at work.

Hey, Montreal... In your spare time, can you please build us a deck preset that will work with this configuration? For that matter, I'd love to be able to connect our PD-150 or other DV camcorder to the DS thru the DVBridge.

Thanks,
