10 bit Video Levels:  64-940 --> 18% grey would fall at 783
10 bit Graphics: 0-1023 --> 18% grey would fall at 840

You can confirm this in DS by setting "Display Pixel Info" in the viewer
properties page to the appropriate colour space after generating an 18% grey
colour clip...
