Thanks Benoit,

So to do the classic effect where you did a jib shot too long and you want it to come racing in at high speed then quickly ramp down to normal speed is best done using the Input Speed option?

Hello Chris,

The "speed" option is designed that way, so that is doesn't disturb the timing on an online edit. Basically, if you go so fast as to run out of frames by the time your clip reaches its original duration on the timeline, you get a freeze of the last available frame.

If you try slowing it too much, you will be clipping the last part of your clip. The absolute duration on the timeline will not change... That is what the "imput speed" option is for.

Hello all,
I am in the middle of training on the DS so I'm as noob as it gets. So I'm learning the Timewarp. When I keyframe the speed from fast to normal to fast, everything works perfectly when my fastest keyframe is less than around 400%. When I set a key faster than 400% all I get is a frozen frame for the entire clip. Even if I just bumped from one value that works up a few percent, then it doesn't work.
Is it a bug or human error?
