Hi Mark,
Firewire controlled devices have a nasty habit of digitizing right over time code breaks. You won't realizie this until the decomposed clips are redigitized. Yo could try rediging the entire master clip (not great for storage space).

Using Adrenaline with the HVR-M10U (Studio Deck?) via firewire
we are having timecode accuracy problems. Is this normal?
If we re-digitize shots they are off several seconds.
