Haven't worked on this for a while but my problem was that my "sphere"
and my text were in different layers within the DVE. I didn't realise
that they had to be within the same layer for this to work.
There's always something to catch you out.

Right-click the layer in the tree, select Layer Type, and 3D. Do this
for both the sphere and the text.

Hi all. I'm making one of my rare forays into the 3D DVE. I'm rotating
some text around a spherized input layer but, even when the text is
rotated around behind the layer, I can still see it in front of it. I
can't seem to find the relevant tick box to fix this. Any help please?
