Freelance question

Subject : Freelance question

For future reference, what is the going rate for DS
freelancers these days? Ive never had to bring a
freelancer in but I may have to in the near future.
What would be an acceptable rate and what should I
expect? I'm assuming transportation and lodgings are
all picked up by the hiring party.
