OK - so how 'bout we ask for a dissolve in/out preset, where you fix the
durations of the in and out while the span between can rubberband to the
length of the clip? It'd be even better if you could replace the dissolve
with your choice of effects - maybe a blur or wipe or warp or even a stack
so you could do a blur/dissolve. That seems doable.
Now, where was that wish list???
