Select frame or field display, select magnify and count the lines where
you have text (easier over black) - note that if you're looking at one
field you'll see 11 lines (the other 11 are on the other field).
Also - scan line height counts from the top of the tallest capital
letter to the bottom of the lowest descender so check with a mix of
characters i.e. TTTyyy.
NB. There is no FCC or SMPTE spec for size of legal disclaimers - just
that they be legible. The size requirement comes from the client's legal
department or the broadcaster that will be airing the spot.
