I usually just cut and paste sections straight from a word document.  I have had longer projects that require subtitling but usually farm that out to a separate company.  I posted a similar question and believe there is a better more efficient way to subtitle within Ds but if you need an answer in a hurry I would just copy and paste

Hope it helps

Here's an easy one:

I have a multipage document of Spanish-language supers I need to bring into my DS project,  to make subtitles for an existing English-language project.

What's the best way? Save the Word document as HTML? Import the HTML? How do I open the HTML and select only the phrases that I want, in order to cut it up into a series of titles for supering?

How do I ensure that I don't lose the accent marks from the original document?
