DS will copy and paste with all the accent marks from Excel, which
makes me think it will form Word.  (Have done quite a bit of
translations to both Catalan and Castillian).

Do a google search on Windows and Accent marks and you will get the [alt] number keypad combos.

 

Also, in Spanish, if the letter is capitalized, the accent may be omitted if that helps.

Here's an easy one:

 

I have a multipage document of Spanish-language supers I need to bring into my DS project,  to make subtitles for an existing English-language project. 

 

What's the best way? Save the Word document as HTML? Import the HTML? How do I open the HTML and select only the phrases that I want, in order to cut it up into a series of titles for supering?

 

How do I ensure that I don't lose the accent marks from the original document?
