I am interested in units that have full 1920x1080 _native_ resolution. Lots of them will adapt to and project HD.

The Sharp Aquos LC-45GX6U we use does full 1920x1080 ($4499.99 (at) Costco). You just have to fool it on the DVI input from a Blackmagic HD Link SDI to DVI converter box.

Until next time...

    Hey Tony,

What projector/display did you finally decide on. the last I heard
Hitachi had the only unit capable of the
full HDTV spec. And Samsung had the only flat panel that could do
    full
    1920x108.
