When DS warns for "not the same rate" it can very likely be that you
have to choose between: if you have a frame based omf file bring it in
in the ordinary timeline, if you have a sample based OMF then bring it
in inside an audio container.
Hope it helps

Hello DS’ers!
I’m just wondering if others have had the same issues with
export/import of OMF files to and from the Nitris.
I exported a 23.97 OMF to our ProToolsHD room. On import to the
ProTools the OMF says it’s a 24 OMF. When we convert it to a 23.97 and
send it back to the Nitris it says it’s not the same rate as the
project (which is of course 23.97) … we assume the OMF changes it back
to a 24 OMF.
What gives?
We had similar issues with AAF as well.
Any suggestions or similar trials out there?
