There are always some kind of issues whether it's pulldown, YUV to RGB conversion, etc..

This is also my experience with FCP. Very often I got gamma shift when round tripping between FCP and AE/Combustion, and it's hard to get documentation to know what is going on.

RT and render time is fine even with a client watching, but when you're fighting with quirks like nests that doesn't update for whatever reason or when you're trying to slomo a pulldowned 24p clip, people start to ask question about what you're doing and the fedex guy start to loose patience.

FCP does 90% of the job for 10% of the price, but when you're trying to do something that doesn't fit in the 90% of what works well in FCP, you're caught because you can't expect Apple to fix it.

That said, my home system is still going to be FCP for quite a while, and I thank god for the opportunity I got to learn and work on DS.
