Title: Touching base / Avid contact info
I periodically want to post my contact info in case anyone has a phone support experience that needs my help as the manager of customer service. I scan some messages but best bet is to contact me which is why I post my info in case you need me.
Feel free to contact me if you have a question or comment or need help with a phone support case, I will promptly resolve, and I appreciate comments you may have about the phone support.
If you have recently used phone support, you may get a call from an independent survey company to ask about that experience as well. Thank you for your time if you can take just a few minutes to answer their questions about your case.
I'm here and just wanted to proactively say hello again and bump up my contact info should it be needed.
