There are a few rental places that can get you set up in your hotel.
Pivotal Post, Electronic Picture Solutions, LA Digital, and a host of others
(including Moviola).
Aside from that, I'm originally from Dallas and if you have time to go for
a beer, I'd be happy to meet up with you and shoot the sh!t.
