The only workaround is to split your
sequence in smaller pieces( I personally don’t
like that!) or install V8 on 64 bits that will be fixing all the memory issues!

Objet : Not Enough Memory to
Complete Operation
110 minute film, lots of rendered
effects (sapphire, selective CC, Graphic w/CC). When I conformed and
graded this film, it was broken up into 6 reels. Now I have 3 seamless
versions. Besides the fact that it takes anywhere from 10 -20 minutes to
open a sequence (I know long sequences aren't very happy in DS) More than
occassionally, when I make an adjustment to say a DVE or try to load a clip
into the source monitor, I get a "Not Enough Memory To Complete The Operation"
message. Restarting DS usually helps until after a long render.
Then I get the same message. Any way to get past this?
