I must have banged my head because I'm conforming a series of QT
movies which I haven't done in ages and I have to select the path
manually each time, the DS wont remember the path I just
selected for the previous clip.
Well, keep banging.
What DS really needs is either 1. to automatically attempt to locate missing
files in the same directory as the last manual location you pointed it at,
and/or 2. a file capture manager, something that lists all of the file
material in one list, along with their paths, and let you for instance
multi-select a bunch of files and click a "Set Path" button which would set
the directory it's supposed to look in for a whole batch of files at once.
