upgrade to 7.6

Subject : upgrade to 7.6

Hello all,
I started using the DS in March.  We have 7.5 and at the time I was told that 7.6 was very buggy and unstable.  How do you users feel about it now?  Is it time for me to try and convince the powers-that-be to upgrade?  If so, what do I need to know?  Thanks for your input.
