Ya know...the description below is the biggest seller (to ME) for learning/purchasing FCP.  I have been avoiding RE-learning FCP (used it back in the day...v1.2) for many reasons, but after reading Scott's description of WHAT you can purchase to do whatever flavor of editing, it only makes sense to invest in FCP.
 
I want to say it's a shame...but I think it's because I feel (now) that Avid really is watering down their product instead of bringing them together.
