Output EDL from MC. In DS you will find EDL Processor, a standalone
application which can convert the list from 30 to 24 (23.98). Import the EDL
into the DS and conform. All effects will be lost. Fades and off speed will
be preserved.
If there are multiple layers of video in MS generate one list per layer.
