Apart from the occasionnal glitches, which are more common in 10-bit rendering, it's pretty great since V5, but time remap is still not good enough, and the lack of 3:2 expand/contract makes it even worse when working with 24P footage with pulldown on a 60i timeline.
Beside, color correction tools are less complete than even Xpress, and keyframes are not very user friendly, so to answer your question I'll say: glitches + workflow (and then a bit of quality issues).
But I digress, we are on DS-list...

Final Cut Pro version 4 was 8-bit. They moved to 10-bit (which suggests sub-pixel rendering) with version 5. FCP HD will do subpixel.
