There is this forgotten folder that has been in there since the first
version. The Impressionistic effects allow you a lot of animated/painted
looks.

I have a few presets that I've made in the past but generally I make
something new (or heavily modify an existing preset) to suit the material
and treatment required. It's rare that one preset will work on two
different shoots.
I've attached a preset here (7.6), but that's just one idea that I used on
one job.
