DS, the project indexer and the media indexer all have firewall exceptions.

Under manage/services - check that the service is set to automatically start.
Any change to username or password? The service is set to use the DS login name and password - if either is changed the service won't run.

away. I checked all the normal stuff like Static ip. The one thing I did notice was the ummd_roots date was older then the last time I used DS along with the ummd_consumers date. I remember this being a symptom of a missing project indexer but not how to fix it.
