I think at this point everyone that has submitted the "form"
requesting a response should follow that up with a standard written mail letter
to Avid repeating their request and address it to both the Chairman of the board
and
the President of Avid. Use your company letterhead and be nice but
firm. As the owner/user of an Avid system you have a right to know if the future
of your product is on the drawing board.
Make it certified or registered mail for real effect. That way you
know who signed for it. There are legal implications for not responding to a
hard document versus an email forum.
